Incorrect Address Policy

Return & Exchange Policy
Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided:

All original tags remain attached.

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Exchanges:

Exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.

If the requested exchange item is of greater value, or if your requested item is out of stock, we will issue you store credit for the balance.

Sale Items:

All items purchased at a discounted price are Final Sale. This includes holiday sales, site-wide flash sales, and items purchased using promotional codes. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning an item. However, if you are requesting an exchange, we will waive the shipping fee on your new item.

Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label upon approval and ship your replacement free of charge.
How Long Does the Process Take?
Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time you ship your item back to us for our team to process your return or exchange. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your new tracking number or your store credit details.
